About the job

Our house «Casa Solaris» operates two restaurants in Kollbrunn (ZH). The Restaurant Sole (House A) offers Mediterranean cuisine and is open daily. The public restaurant also provides three meals a day for the staff and residents of the nursing home and senior apartments. The exquisite «a la carte» steakhouse Hot Stone (House B) offers, among other things, meat on a hot stone. To strengthen our team, we are looking for friendly and ambitious restaurant professionals (40-80%) (career changers are also warmly welcome) for Restaurant Sole and the Hot Stone Steakhouse, starting immediately.

Your area of responsibility

• In service, you attend to our guests, residents, and staff.
• You work in all processes of a service operation.
• You support us during special events (banquets, aperitifs, etc.).

Our requirements

• Do you already have professional experience in the gastronomy sector?
• Do you speak fluent German?
• Or are you aiming for a more responsible position and have completed vocational training as a restaurant professional EFZ and have many years of «a la carte» experience?
• Is the well-being of the guest your top priority?
• Are you a team player, reliable, and flexible person?
• Do you empathetically respond to the diverse needs of our guests?
