Head Nurse of the Care Unit (ICUS) Permanent contract at 100% (Ref: HLC-25-09)
RSSV brings together home care services, guardianships, and two nursing homes in the Veveyse district. It works for quality, humane care adapted to the needs of the population, while adapting to the current and future challenges of the health-social sector. Mission
Take charge of the organization and management of a unit. Participate in care activities and respond, to the hierarchical manager, for the activity of the unit/sector and the quality of care provided. Your main responsibilities
- Lead the unit in accordance with the mission, guidelines, application of the care and support concept, laws, and current agreements
- Analyze the activities of your unit, define objectives and ensure their implementation
- Lead improvement and development projects
- Participate in care service meetings
- Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Provide care to residents according to recent professional practices and respecting safety, efficiency, comfort, and economy
- Participate in the evaluation of the quality of care, support, and animation services
- Supervise stock management and maintenance of unit equipment
- HES Nurse diploma or equivalent qualification
- CAS in team management and project management, an asset
- Several years of professional experience
- Excellent organizational and responsibility skills
- Initiative spirit
- Good communication, negotiation, and listening skills
- Proficiency in basic computer tools
- Sense of working in a multidisciplinary team
