Product Manager Access & Security Systems (m/f/d)

SIGNAL AG is a full-service provider of products, systems, and services for signaling, information, parking space management, marking, and traffic control, employing a total of 280 people at its headquarters in Büren an der Aare and the 9 market areas in Switzerland.

To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Büren an der Aare, we are looking for a Product Manager Access & Security Systems 80% (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire Life Cycle Management (LCM) of the products
• Development and implementation of product strategies as well as a clear vision
• Development, evaluation, and prioritization of requirements
• Coordination and communication with internal teams and interfaces
• Technical consulting as well as conducting product training for employees
• Support of sales and project management in solution finding and calculation

Your profile

• Completed basic training in electrical engineering or mechatronics, supplemented by further training in business administration or product management
• Experience in the field of access or security systems is an advantage
• Strategic, technical, and analytical thinking skills
• Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language (spoken and written)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and ability to work in a team
