Tasks and qualifications:
Your tasks:
Commercial management of the service business in the geographically defined area (Mittelland)
Acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance of existing customers
Sale of services and accessories, control of their implementation
Recording and processing of customer concerns of all kinds
Support and control of fleet customers, or their vehicle fleets
Assistance in the development of campaigns
Support and leadership of service technicians in the defined area
Support of deployment management (dispatch) as well as spare parts sales
Control of productivity and travel shares of service technicians
Your profile:
Technical basic training (knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical areas, commercial further training)
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
French and English skills are an advantage
Good IT skills
Leadership experience
Organizational talent, resilient and flexible
