We are looking for a
Sous-Chef 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- In the kitchen and office area, you support the leadership and development of the team and together ensure a smooth operation in the kitchen
- With your creative ideas, you design new trendy dishes to continually delight our guests
- You take on administrative tasks such as ordering goods, incoming goods inspections, and calculations
- You assist with inventory, incoming goods inspection, and checking delivery notes
- You support and coordinate the in-house catering to ensure everything runs smoothly even on special occasions
- Working hours: Monday - Friday between 06:00 - 18:00
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a cook EFZ, ideally with experience in a comparable position in community catering
- Ideally, you also have 2-4 years of leadership experience to competently lead and motivate your team
- IT affinity as well as knowledge of calculation and inventory management systems are an advantage
- Your passion for culinary arts and your high quality standards make you an important part of our team
- You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence and a winning appearance. You actively seek solutions and pitch in.
- Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of French and English are required
- You hold a category B driving license
- A spotless record is required
