This is the job - Your main tasks
Creating, checking, and processing customer invoices according to internal guidelines and customer specifications
Administrative support of project teams, from the kick-off meeting to project completion
Maintenance and updating of customer and project data in the ERP/CRM system
Development and maintenance of process documentation as well as participation in process optimizations
Support of the finance team in dunning as well as in ad-hoc analyses
This job is for you if
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent.
You have at least 3 years of experience in finance/back office or invoicing environment.
You are proficient in MS 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and ERP systems.
You work in a structured, precise manner and keep an overview even under time pressure.
You have very good German (C1) and English skills (B2).
As a cherry on top, you bring
French skills are an advantage
