Your mission with us:
- You take over the accounts receivable back office and are responsible for invoicing, credit notes, and dunning.
- You perform cash and bank reconciliations (Lightspeed) and carefully maintain master data.
- You support the team with monthly closings, especially with accruals and account reconciliations.
- You check and post expense and credit card statements.
- You take on administrative assistant tasks and support the finance team in daily business.
- You ensure the quality of booking documents and actively participate in digitization projects – especially in the areas of automation and interfaces.
- You support the accounts payable process from A to Z on a deputy basis: mail receipt, verification, account assignment, and preparation of payment runs.
Your qualities that inspire us:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ or equivalent).
- You have initial experience in accounting (accounts payable and receivable) or in financial and closing accounting.
- You work carefully, reliably, and enjoy working with numbers and processes.
- You bring good MS Office and especially Excel skills; experience with abacus and/or bexio is an advantage.
- You have very good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
