For our Special Foundations department, we are looking for you as our new Senior Project Manager Special Foundation Engineering (m/f/d) 80-100%. Your future workplace will be in Opfikon.

What you will drive

Overall responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing complex special foundation engineering projects
Leadership and coordination of internal and external project teams (including site management, foremen, subcontractors)
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs
Strategic AVOR, resource planning, and deployment
Contract and change order management including negotiations with clients and partners
Interface management with other trades and project participants
Implementation and further development of project controlling

Why you will succeed

Completed education in construction (e.g., civil engineer, certified construction manager) – ideally with further training in project management
Several years of professional experience in project management in special foundation engineering
Strong leadership skills and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP/R3, and project management tools
Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility, and strong communication skills
Resilient, structured, and solution-oriented personality with a strong customer focus
