For our Renovation Master Builder Zurich department, we are looking for you as a Foreman: Hazardous Substance Remediation. Your area of operation includes varied construction sites in the Zurich region. You will work in a dynamic, straightforward team that convinces with a healthy mix of experience and fresh ideas. You can expect strong team spirit and a lot of personal responsibility.

What you will do

• Leading construction sites in collaboration with the project manager
• Technical leadership and instruction of construction site employees as well as clear and continuous communication with the foremen
• Planning, preparing, and executing:
  • On-site inspections
  • Preparation of required documents for authorities and foremen (e.g., SUVA, UGZ, STEB, cantons, municipality): forms, plans, remediation concepts
  • Site inspection with foreman before the start of the contract
• Control before work begins in the black zone (according to EKAS 6503)
• Final inspection before clearance measurement
• Assistance in carrying out all remediation work
• Enforcement of occupational safety
• Enforcement and compliance with all SUVA guidelines to protect the employee (EKAS 6503/6508), especially the "red points list of SUVA"
• Active participation in improving processes and construction site workflows, work, material use, and the like
• Correct and friendly appearance to the customer / on the construction site
• Creating foreman measurements
• Creating time and material records
• Assistance with change order management
• Creating small quotes
