Assistant to the Head of Finance & Services (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

• Management control (internal control system, directive matrix)
• Management and monitoring of debtors, including litigation
• Management and accounting of cash registers
• Accounting and reconciliation of bank transactions
• Entry of general expense and merchandise purchase invoices, processing of supplier payments
• Participation in periodic accounting closing work
• Training of new users on cash management and internal control systems
• First-level technical support (hardware) at the company's various sites
• Management of calls to the telephone switchboard
• Management and updating of article, debtor, and supplier databases
• Maintenance of the shareholder register
• Writing of minutes
• Carrying out various administrative tasks as needed
• Occasional replacement of colleagues and the Head of Finance & Services and IT in case of absence.

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
• Higher education in accounting (certified accountant, HEG) mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and administration, ideally in retail or industry
• Experience in management control and internal control systems
• Proven experience managing a small team (about 2 people)
• Native French speaker with excellent writing skills
• Proficiency in an accounting-merchandise ERP is essential
• Proficiency in common financial accounting software is imperative; Infoniqa is an asset
• Good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
• Dynamic, rigorous person with good organizational and prioritization skills
• Comfort with numbers, analytical mindset
• Autonomy, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
