The opportunity
As a Manufacturing Production Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes by setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. This includes machining, chemical processing, assembly, and packaging operations. You will contribute directly to product quality, efficiency, and overall production targets.
How you’ll make an impact

Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment such as machine tools, chemical processing systems, assembly, and packaging equipment.

Manufacture products in line with production specifications, schedules, quality standards, and efficiency targets (volume, cost, waste reduction).

Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods to support continuous workflow.

Monitor production output and identify defective products, discarding or re-manufacturing as required.

Maintain accurate daily production records to support manufacturing performance analysis.
Your background

Basic knowledge of production procedures, processes, and tools, typically gained through relevant work experience.

Vocational or technical education in manufacturing, machining, or a related field is an advantage.

Ability to work under moderate supervision, following standard procedures while adapting when deviations are necessary.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor quality and identify issues.
