We are looking for you as of August 1, 2026

• You lead the Nursing, Education and Social Services (PBS) department as a cross-sectional function for our four clinics
• As the nursing specialist responsible, you shape the high professional quality and its consistent further development in close cooperation with the heads of the clinical areas. You develop and implement evidence-based nursing standards, concepts, and guidelines and organize internal training
• Together with your management team (7 directly reporting employees), you lead the Competence Center Education, the Social Services, the central registration, the internal personnel pool, and the de-escalation management
• As a member of the executive board, you participate in the tactical and financial management and the entrepreneurial development of the PDAG and, together with the executive board, bear the overall operational responsibility for the PDAG

• University or university of applied sciences degree in nursing
• Additional training in management/business administration
• Many years of professional experience in nursing, preferably in a psychiatric institution
• Excellent expertise in nursing, nursing education, and nursing development
• Proven leadership experience across several hierarchical levels
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Ability to think in networks, high implementation strength, and resilience
• Experience in leading complex and cross-departmental projects with proven success
• Digital competence and affinity for innovative developments
• Authentic and trustworthy personality with high social competence
