- Demand-oriented scheduling of customer orders
- Demand-oriented planning of promotions, own products, and merchandise
- Monitoring and coordination of orders, goods receipts
- Competent support of customers and suppliers
- Maintaining supplier and customer contacts (internal and external)
- Cost optimization and cost control
- Participation in projects
- ERP applications in the area of scheduling / warehouse
- Collaboration with the departments: production, purchasing, warehouse, marketing, sales
- Support of the department head
- Ensuring process organization in the scheduling area

- Completed commercial training, training in logistics and scheduling
- Experience in warehouse and scheduling
- Very good German skills spoken and written
- English and French skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abacus ERP system is an advantage
- PC application Microsoft Office
