Job Description

• You define, coordinate and develop the sustainability strategy of OMEGA SA and TISSOT SA as well as the resulting projects
• You lead decarbonisation initiatives, monitor the carbon footprint and analyse key performance indicators
• You develop a true culture of sustainability through engaging awareness, training and communication actions
• You support the various departments in achieving their objectives and coordinate CSR bodies
• You encourage innovation through eco-design approaches and continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing our environmental impact

Profile

• You hold a higher university degree (Master's) in sustainable development, environment, energy, CSR or an equivalent field
• Training complemented by an AEAI diploma as a fire protection safety officer.
• You have proven experience in sustainable development, compliance, responsible purchasing or environmental project management
• You have solid knowledge of standards, regulations and reporting requirements in sustainability

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional project management
• A strong initiative spirit, high autonomy and the ability to unite teams around common goals

Languages

• French as a mother tongue as well as good knowledge of English and German
