We are offering a combined Service-Kitchen Internship (a) for hotel management students

Here is what you will do

You will welcome and take care of our guests
You will serve food and drinks in à la carte and banquet service
You will operate the cash register using the Vectron system
You will prepare mise en place at your own station (in service and kitchen)
You will prepare dishes at your station
You will ensure the proper handling of food and work equipment

What we expect from you

You are a student at a Swiss hotel management school
You speak fluent German
English is an advantage
You are motivated, positive, and identify with Swiss gastronomy
You enjoy working in a team
