Service Center Employee - 100%
In this role, you handle telephone requests from our customers (repairs, commissioning, annual inspections, complaints, etc.). Through attentive listening and targeted questions, you analyze the customer's wishes and set or modify various appointments. In case of complaints, you conduct the conversation proactively and attentively to direct the customer to the right contact within Elco.
Your tasks:
- Handle incoming requests (phone, email, etc.) from end customers, property management companies, installers, and our internal teams spread across our 8 branches in Swiss Romandy
- Plan and adjust interventions by actively contacting customers
- Coordinate commissioning with installers and various internal departments
- Ensure updating and follow-up of scheduled interventions
- Manage and maintain the installation database up to date
- Work closely with your colleagues in a tandem operation within a team of 8 people
Your profile:
- Dynamic person, comfortable in customer contact and daily exchanges
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Customer orientation, sense of priorities, and solution-oriented mindset
- Team spirit and ability to work in tandem
- Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office), knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Excellent command of French (oral and written)
- Knowledge of German and/or English is an asset, any other language is appreciated
