We are looking for our Endocrinology-Diabetology Center in Morges for a:

Physiotherapist at 50-80%

YOU HAVE

• A HES physiotherapist diploma, Bachelor or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in exercise reconditioning would be an asset.
• Great autonomy and flexibility.
• Heightened sensitivity to relational and communication aspects.
• Open-mindedness and strong professional curiosity.
• An excellent team spirit.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Participate in the outpatient care of metabolic syndrome within an interdisciplinary team, in collaboration with diabetologist-endocrinologist doctors, dietitians, and nurses specialized in diabetology.
• Assess the physical condition as well as the patient's bio-psycho-social environment. Co-construct with them realistic and sustainable goals aimed at beneficially changing their lifestyle for their health.
• Support the patient throughout this process, both in exercise reconditioning and in maintaining their motivation.
• Help the patient understand their disease to make them fully active in their change.
