We are looking for our Endocrinology-Diabetology Center in Morges for a:
Physiotherapist at 50-80%

YOU HAVE
- A HES physiotherapist diploma, Bachelor or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in exercise reconditioning would be an asset.
- Great autonomy and flexibility.

- An excellent team spirit.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Participate in the outpatient care of metabolic syndrome within an interdisciplinary team, in collaboration with diabetologist-endocrinologist doctors, dietitians, and nurses specialized in diabetology.
- Assess the physical condition as well as the patient's bio-psycho-social environment. Co-construct with them realistic and sustainable goals aimed at beneficially changing their lifestyle for their health.
- Support the patient throughout this process, both in exercise reconditioning and in maintaining their motivation.
- Help the patient understand their disease to make them fully active in their change.
