About the Position
Become part of our dedicated team in the winding department and contribute to the production of high-quality insulating bodies for our products. In a modern and supportive environment, you will work independently and ensure smooth production processes and top quality through your commitment.
What You Can Achieve
Setting up and operating various winding machines
Manufacturing insulating bodies according to order documents
Careful execution of all relevant work steps (e.g., cutting and inserting films, winding process, contacting the measuring point)
Documentation of production and process values
Troubleshooting as well as maintenance and repair work on machines
Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Quality control of the manufactured products
Orderliness and cleanliness at the workplace as well as actively contributing improvement suggestions
What You Bring
High safety and quality awareness
Basic technical understanding, ideally technical training or further education (e.g., plant operator)
Willingness to learn and motivation for further development
Team spirit and enjoyment in achieving goals together
Reliability and initiative
Basic knowledge of German (B1/B2); experience with tiller, crane, or lifting platform is an advantage
