As an HR Generalist (m/f/d), you will manage four of our locations in Central and Eastern Switzerland, combining administrative HR tasks with the role of a Business Partner. You recruit new talents, advise managers, support employees, and ensure that processes run smoothly. You bring your dynamism, motivation, and expertise and have the opportunity to help shape a varied environment where no day is like the other.
Your tasks
- Comprehensive support of employees and managers in all HR-related matters (from entry to exit)
- Independent execution of the entire HR administration (employment contracts, changes, certificates, absence management, etc.)
- Consulting and coaching of managers on labor law and personnel-related topics
- Recruitment of specialists and managers including active sourcing and accompanying interviews
- Implementation and further development of HR processes, guidelines, and projects
- Participation in HR projects and cross-location initiatives
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training or degree as well as successfully completed further training in HR (e.g., HR specialist certificate)
- Several years of experience in HR administration and solid know-how in payroll
- Experience as a generalist or HR business partner is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security law as well as HR processes
- Dynamic, motivated, and solution-oriented personality who enjoys shaping and contributing
- High degree of independence, initiative, and enjoyment of direct contact with people
- Willingness to travel between the supported locations in Central and Eastern Switzerland
- Confident handling of MS Office and modern HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
