Your Tasks
- Support for lecturers, students, and external parties in providing audio/video technology, notebooks, and other devices including technical support for teaching
- Contact person for user concerns
- Contact with suppliers in the housekeeping area
- Daily disposal work as well as maintenance work and basic cleaning
- Support for systems, devices, and facilities
- Carrying out relocations
- Supervision and support at events and occasions
- Management of the Salto locking system
Your Profile
- Specialist in building maintenance or completed craft apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in the field of housekeeping is an advantage
- Expertise in building maintenance, upkeep of building services systems, and building security is an advantage
- Experience with the Salto locking system and/or in the AV technology field
- Good computer and MS Office skills
- Strong service orientation, solution-oriented working style, and high independence
- Organizational talent with good communication skills
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
