BSB + Partner, engineers and planners, is one of the leading planning and engineering companies and employs around 250 people at 6 locations within the group. The Finance and Human Resources department at the Biberist location is responsible for the entire group and needs reinforcement.
What you bring
You have a commercial basic education with further training as a specialist in finance and accounting. We count on your several years of experience in finance and possibly in the HR area. You have no fear of IT systems and enjoy working independently and reliably in a small collegial team.
Your tasks
You actively participate in daily business and assist in projects in the finance and HR areas. Your tasks include in particular:
· Management of financial accounting
· Accounts receivable management including dunning
· Accounts payable including payment transactions
· Preparation of VAT returns
· Collaboration and preparation of annual financial statements
· Master data maintenance, project and service recording
· Contact person for departments on technical questions
· Participation in projects and process optimizations
