Your Tasks
- Advising and supporting patients with financial matters and social challenges
- Clarification and securing of benefit entitlements
- Designing assistance for professional and social integration
- Networking in discharge preparations with external providers of supportive and care follow-up services
- Intensive cooperation with follow-up facilities and care partners
- Cooperation with cost bearers and social psychiatric services of districts and independent cities
- Support with foreign law issues
- Collaboration with legal guardianships
- Continuous and professional documentation of the measures and services carried out
- Multiprofessional teamwork, participation in ward rounds, station and case discussions
- Accompanying therapeutic and educational groups
Your Profile
- A completed degree in social work or a comparable qualification
- Interest in transcultural work
- Interest in forensic psychiatric questions and tasks
- An appreciative attitude towards patients and employees
- Personal responsibility and social competence
- Experienced handling of administrative tasks
- Driving license class B/3 desirable
