Your tasks

• Responsibility for human resources including personnel administration and teaching assignment management in cooperation with the Human Resources department as well as participation in appointment and recruitment procedures
• Strategic development in the areas of communication, public relations, social media presence, academic university support (e.g., participation in structural processes), alumni work, and network maintenance to attract theology students
• Gradual familiarization with the extended tasks of management focusing on financial and resource management, committee work, and infrastructural coordination with the goal of later assuming overall responsibility
• Deputizing for the administrative management in coordinating the administrative and organizational tasks of the faculty
• Collaboration with university departments and faculty committees on operational and strategic matters

Your profile

• University or university of applied sciences degree preferably with a focus on or further training in business administration and administration
• Independent action combined with strong communication and teamwork skills in an academic context
• At least five years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in a university environment or non-profit organizations
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German as well as good knowledge of English and French
• Strong organizational skills, structured working method, and ability to prioritize parallel tasks (personnel, finance, administration, IT, infrastructure)
