The Execution Department in the field of electricity and telecommunications reliably, precisely, and future-oriented plans, builds, and maintains all stations and lines of Stadtwerk Winterthur. For the pipeline construction team, we are looking for a committed leader as Chief Installer who takes responsibility and convinces with expertise and organizational talent. In this key role, you coordinate our construction sites as well as the deployment of our network electricians.Your Tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of a team of 14 network electricians including their promotion and further development
- Daily deployment planning and resource coordination in close coordination with other departments and construction managers
- Work and material planning including disposition, ordering, and ensuring timely availability
- Organization and coordination in case of malfunctions (on-call service) to ensure a quick and efficient restoration of supply
- Administrative tasks such as creating medium and low voltage work orders and processes as well as checking internal and external work reports
Your Profile
- Completed basic training as a network electrician EFZ as well as further training at HF level, professional examination, or master craftsman examination
- Several years of professional and leadership experience
- Structured and entrepreneurial thinking as well as analytical and methodical skills combined with technical understanding, implementation strength, and assertiveness
- Driver's license category B
- Willingness to perform on-call service, which requires residence in Winterthur or the region
