The Hut Hotel Husky-Lodge, Muotathal includes 9 guest huts, 5 rooms with a total of 50 beds, 120 restaurant and 70 garden seats as well as an event barn with 80 seats.

Our goal is to present guests with seasonal and predominantly regional products prepared in a traditional home-style cuisine. The Hut Hotel Husky-Lodge, Erlebniswelt Muotathal GmbH offers guests unforgettable adventures and experiences in the Muotathal natural and cultural landscape.  

Tasks

 

• Preparation of dishes in both cold and hot kitchen
• Independent work in ordering and goods receipt control
• Compliance with and implementation of safety, order, and HACCP guidelines 

 

Requirements

 

• Training as a cook EFZ/EBA or equivalent experience
• Passion for cooking & willingness to take responsibility
• Flexibility (including weekends) and enjoyment of teamwork 
• Hygiene and regulations are not foreign words to you – you adhere to them without losing your sense of humor
