Your responsibilities

As a member advisor, you have a versatile role within the telephone competence center. You are responsible for advising members on administrative issues and on labor and social insurance law questions. You also answer simpler legal questions. You mainly support our members by phone and at the counter. You are the first point of contact for our members. You conduct promotional conversations and assist our members in filling out official forms.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training at EFZ/EBA level or equivalent is a prerequisite
• Training as a customer dialogue specialist is an advantage
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in a call center is an advantage
• Experience in social insurance law is an advantage
• Resilience and ability to learn, planning and organizational talent
• You set high standards for yourself to deliver quality work
• Very high service orientation, very good at dealing with customers even in difficult situations
• High communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian
