• Professional care and support of residents
• Assuming responsibility as key caregiver and daily accountability
• Participation in the care process and quality of care
• Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team

Your profile

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Good knowledge of German
• Responsible, warm-hearted and reliable personality
• Enjoyment in working with people
