For our shared apartment Alchemilla in Thun, where eight adults with support needs live, we are looking for a

Specialist Caregiver/Health Caregiver or Social Pedagogue HF (60-80%)

starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

You can expect a varied range of tasks that you can help shape and further develop with the involvement of the community. You accompany and support the residents in their daily lives and help shape their work, living, and leisure areas with them. This includes preparing meals together, pedagogical support in household management, advice and support in leisure activities, key worker duties, accompanying camps and excursions, as well as taking on departmental tasks.

You have experience in supporting adult people. Good professional, methodological, and social skills are required to keep an overview in complex situations and to act in a solution-oriented manner. Independent and entrepreneurial thinking and acting are a matter of course for you. You are resilient, work in a structured way, and show a high degree of personal responsibility. It is important to us that you have the flexibility and motivation to provide support in the small team wherever it is currently needed. On-call and weekend duties are manageable for you. You also have a driving license for a car.

In our work, current socio-therapeutic, pedagogical, and medical findings form an integral part of our actions. The salary is based on cantonal guidelines.
