- Trimming pork according to quality standards
- Deboning ham shoulder with precision and care
- Professional deboning and dressing of racks
- Performing general dressing tasks to prepare meat cuts for further processing
- Cutting loins to create first-class meat portions
Your Profile:
- You have completed training as a meat specialist or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of experience in meat processing
- Practical skills, accuracy, and clean work characterize you
- You possess teamwork skills and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
- You are fit and used to performing physical work
- Starting work at 5 a.m. is feasible for you
- You speak German or are willing to learn the German language.
