Care Specialist 80-100%

Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company that offers private care services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as mediates specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

For our client, we are looking for a conscientious and empathetic care specialist for a long-term temporary assignment 80-100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.

• Care of adults with cognitive and physical impairments
• Support with nursing and daily activities
• Promotion of the independence of residents
• Co-design of daily living and leisure activities
• Team collaboration and simple documentation

• Training as FaBe, FaGe or in the socio-pedagogical field
• Experience in caring for people with cognitive impairments (mandatory)
• Empathetic, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Good German skills and basic IT knowledge

• 6 weeks vacation for everyone, 7 weeks from age 51
• 2 x 15 minutes per day
