The Regional Nursing Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional nursing and care in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
For our specialized service "Younger & Agogics," in which we care for and support 14 younger people in need of care, we are looking for a professionally and personally convincing personality for the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden) immediately or by arrangement as
Head of Nursing Department Younger & Agogics (m/f/d)
Workload 80 – 100 %
With this, you support us:
- You take over the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the Younger & Agogics nursing department
- You are responsible for duty rosters, budget, and resource planning
- You ensure a high quality of nursing and care and further develop the department professionally and conceptually
- You design a daily structure that specifically promotes self-determination, personal responsibility, and resource orientation
- You support the residents in participating in everyday life as independently, actively, and involved as possible
- You continue to work partly in nursing in everyday life
- You accompany, develop, and strengthen your team in agogic and nursing actions
- You coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external bodies
- You actively contribute to change and development processes
This is how you convince us:
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF / FH, ideally supplemented with leadership training
- Several years of professional experience in the nursing field and initial leadership experience
- Sound knowledge in the long-term care sector and ideally in working with younger people in need of care
- Interest or experience in agogic support
- Experience with RAI-NH and Polypoint PEP is an advantage
- A clear, professional understanding of nursing
- You are an empathetic, structured, and resilient personality who takes responsibility and provides orientation
