You will drive this

Independent technical and cost calculation management of timber construction projects throughout the entire tender phase
Central management of communication with the client and with suppliers/subcontractors
Successful review and implementation of execution variants to optimize project solutions from a technical and economic perspective
Preparation of award discussions and conduct of award negotiations together with the Head of Acquisition
Support of the Head of Acquisition in acquiring new contracts and in managing overall performance competitions
Development of tender strategies based on continuous market and competition analyses

This is why you succeed

Completed Bachelor/Master degree or training as a foreman or technician
Several years of professional experience as a cost estimator or in the construction execution of timber construction projects
Customer orientation and negotiation skills
Confidence in using Office applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage
