Head of E-Commerce (m/f/d) 100%

As Head of E-Commerce, you are responsible for the strategic and operational development as well as the operation and commercial success of our online business. You lead the e-commerce team, optimize processes, and ensure that our digital sales channels provide a first-class customer experience. In doing so, you work closely with internal departments as well as external partners and drive innovations in the field of e-commerce and AI.

Your tasks:

Leadership and further development of the e-commerce team
Strategic and operational responsibility for the webshop and digital sales platforms
Taking on Product Owner tasks for digital projects
Optimization of the customer journey (UX/UI) and conversion rate
Process optimization along the entire e-commerce value chain
Close collaboration with internal IT as well as external agencies and service providers
Monitoring trends and developments in e-commerce & AI
Use of LLMs and AI to improve processes and customer experiences

Your profile:

Completed studies in marketing, business, IT, or a comparable field (Bachelor or Master)
Experience in leading e-commerce teams and developing webshops
Solid knowledge in UX/UI and conversion rate optimization
Experience in performance marketing and process optimization
Knowledge of agile methods and Product Owner tasks
Interest in innovations in e-commerce and AI
Ideally practical experience with LLMs and AI in the e-commerce context
