Senior Physician

• As a Senior Physician, you are responsible for the medical care of all gynecopsychiatric patients.
• You ensure gynecopsychiatric care at the St. Gallen location after comprehensive training and independently take on pre-conception assessments for mentally ill women wishing to have children.
• You take on the independent case management of outpatient patients in individual, group, and family settings, including documentation, correspondence, and performance recording.
• You maintain and promote networking with surrounding hospitals and institutions.
• You are the direct trainer of the assigned psychologists and supervise them.

• You have a completed degree in human medicine (CH, EU, or EFTA country) or, if completed in another country, have a MEBEKO recognition.
• Ideally, you already have experience in gynecology and gynecopsychiatry.
• You have an interest in the field of gynecopsychiatry, think systemically, and enjoy the interface with gynecology.
• You have pronounced social competence, are resilient, and enjoy further developing the department.
• You maintain an open, communicative, and empathetic approach with patients and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration in the team.
• You are characterized by high commitment, initiative, and very good German language skills (at least C1).
