Your Main Tasks
- Organization, support, and accompaniment of projects within the framework of the department's continuous improvement processes (CIP) (project assistance)
- Coordination and follow-up of measures for quality improvement and process optimization; primarily in the inpatient area with direct reporting line to the head of the department
- Preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up of meetings and workshops
- Independent development of the specialty and maintenance of especially SOPs, documentation, reports, and presentations with a focus on patient safety
- Contact person for senior physicians in commissioned CIP projects
- Support of the management team in organizational and administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist or health scientist or equivalent qualification (e.g., CAS Data Science, BSc, MSc)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project management in the field of continuous quality improvement, ideally in healthcare or a process-oriented environment
- Excellent knowledge in Statistical Process Control and user knowledge in JMP (statistical software specially developed for scientists and engineers) for statistical process control and evaluations or equivalent
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project management tools desirable
- Teamwork skills, strong communication, and discretion
- Networked analytical thinking to understand, analyze, and convey highly complex processes
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, proactive working style to manage highly complex tasks
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
