The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 200 clients.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for the Bellevue residential home in Walzenhausen for a:
Care and Support Specialist 70-90 %
What to expect:
- Accompaniment, promotion, and care of adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key worker system
- Preparation of written documentation
- Participation in the household of the residential group
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
What we expect:
- Completed training preferably in the field of care for people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing, or in the nursing field
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours
