We are looking for an ICT Solution Coordinator 80–100% (m/f/d) to complement our team and help shape our IT landscape – with a strong focus on service quality, innovation, and collaboration across departmental boundaries.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- actively participate in the introduction, support, and further development of company-specific IT solutions and ensure stable operation.
- act as a central interface between users, technical teams, and management, thus connecting people and technologies.
- analyze and continuously optimize existing workflows and technologies to drive innovation in service management.
- manage external IT service providers and suppliers and ensure their quality and performance within vendor management.
- ensure the highest service quality based on ITIL standards and best practices.
- contribute your expertise to strategic projects to improve services and sustainably increase efficiency.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a solid education or degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field and ideally an ITIL certification.
- bring several years of experience in IT service management and are familiar with service desk processes.
- have practical experience in the further development of individual IT solutions and in managing external IT service providers.
- are proficient with common ITSM tools and use them purposefully to improve services and processes.
- communicate clearly and customer-oriented, think analytically, and work in a structured and organized manner.
