Tasks
- You prepare cold and hot dishes under guidance and assist with simple kitchen tasks such as preparing, cutting and peeling.
- You take on specialist tasks of the cook and assume overall responsibility in the kitchen under the guidance of the kitchen management during their absence.
- You actively assist with food distribution to customers and operate the till.
- You are responsible for cleanliness and order, clear away dishes, clean them and are responsible for cleanliness in the dining area.
- You are responsible for economical and careful handling of food, equipment and utensils and comply with hygiene regulations.
Profile
- Training in gastronomy as a cook (EBA level)
- 3 years of professional experience in service or kitchen
- Communicative personality (German language skills level B1) with a strong service orientation, enjoyment in contact with different stakeholders and high social competence
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, with occasional willingness for some special assignments on weekends or evenings
