As part of our young and dynamic team, you will be responsible for the area of vehicle equipment in this exciting role. You are an ambassador for our brand Würth ORSYMobil and expand the existing customer base in close collaboration with the sales staff while continuously maintaining your customer relationships. Through specialized consultations, price negotiations, offer preparations, and successful sales closures, you actively shape the customer relationship in the area of high-potential major customers and thus contribute significantly to the company's success.
Tasks
- You independently organize customer appointments in close coordination with the field sales and key account managers.
- You prepare professional presentations for major customers and are not afraid to negotiate at the C-level.
- You are confident in negotiations, strong in arguments, and act as a competent contact person.
- Expert advice, identifying customer needs, and developing tailored offers for strategic decisions are part of your daily business.
- You build long-term relationships with major customers and regularly maintain them through on-site visits.
- By analyzing market potentials, you identify new business opportunities.
- You work closely with the sales manager, back office, and other interfaces to proactively shape processes and optimize internal workflows as well as customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- You master Excel effortlessly and can professionally prepare convincing customer presentations.
- Ideally, you already have experience in the field of vehicle equipment or in the automotive industry.
- A proactive, structured, and independent working style characterizes you, and you enjoy growing together with your team.
- You bring humor, positivity, and motivation, and are eager to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment.
- Very good German and French language skills, both spoken and written, as well as a valid driver's license (Category B) complete your profile.
