YOUR MISSION
- Monitor & analyze machine performance
- Coordinate & lead technical projects at the customer (retrofits, repairs, relocations, trainings)
- Ensure contractual service agreements (e.g., Bobst Connect, coachings)
- Maintain customer relationships & manage escalations
- Technical contact person for international teams
YOUR PROFILE

- Technical education (HF/FH/ETH) or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in international customer service
- Project management & deployment planning
- Very good German and (English skills at least B2)
- Customer orientation, communication skills & decisiveness
