You love challenging customer projects, think in solutions, and want to shape Abacus projects from the idea to a successful go-live? Then take on the central role as a project manager with us, coordinate requirements, manage resources and quality – and inspire customers as well as internal teams with your clear vision, communication skills, and experience.
Your Role
- Leading and implementing Abacus projects – from conception through introduction to successful go-live
- Analyzing customer requirements and developing tailored solution concepts
- Central contact person for customers, internal departments, and project participants
- Managing schedules, budgets, resources, and quality
- Handling escalations and complex technical issues with overview and solution orientation
- Close collaboration with support, consulting, and development teams to continuously improve service and project quality
Your Profile
- Completed education or degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable
- Several years of experience in leading Abacus projects
- Project manager certification (e.g., HERMES) or willingness to obtain one
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative and empathetic personality with confident demeanor
- Enjoyment of customer contact, consulting, and networking
- Very good German spoken and written
