The Rohrdorferberg-Reusstal regional police is responsible for local security in 10 municipalities with around 32,500 inhabitants. To complete our team, we are looking for a traffic instructor 40% by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Teaching correct behavior in road traffic in kindergarten and primary school
- Planning educational, didactic, and contemporary lessons
- Assisting in the organization and administration of cyclist exams
- Organizing and conducting traffic briefings
- Assisting in traffic police actions
- Conducting light and two-wheel vehicle inspections
We expect
- Completed police training (BBT degree or certificate)
- Reliable, motivated, and patient personality with joy in working with young people
- Open, positive attitude, high generational competence with several years of police experience (especially in front-line police)
- High social and professional competence with creative design ideas
- "Traffic and Safety Instructors" course of the SPI, already completed or willing to attend (Diploma Traffic Instructor)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Independence and initiative
- Driver's license category B
