Work location: Zurich region, Graubünden, Aargau, Lucerne, Bern, Basel or Zug
Workload: 80-100%
Work model: Field service
Working hours: 41 hours, 5-day week or 4-day week with 38 hours
Contract: Permanent
Salary range: 80,000 - 94,000
Start: By arrangement
What you will do
- Commission heat pumps and Comfort-Clima systems
- Analyse and resolve faults
- Perform maintenance on heat pump systems
- Advise customers on system settings and operation
- Present service and maintenance contracts
- Independently plan and carry out assignments in the allocated area
- Provide on-call service according to team scheduling
What you bring with you
- Completed EFZ training in the electrical, heating, mechanical or automotive sector
- Professional experience in the field of heat pumps
- Willingness to perform on-call duties
- Category B driving licence
- Very good German language skills
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
So you know what to expect
You will work mostly independently at customers’ premises. Technical problems often need to be analysed and solved on the first visit. In addition to the actual service work, advising customers is also part of the role. On-call duties may occasionally require assignments outside regular working hours.
