• You sustainably shape nursing in geriatric psychiatry and make a decisive contribution to its further development.
• You have a key role in integrated nursing care within geriatric psychiatry as well as with external stakeholders.
• You coach nursing staff in assessments and processes in complex care situations for more safety and professionalism.
• You initiate and lead discussions on tabooed and stigmatized topics as well as ethical decision-making.

• You have a Master of Science in Nursing degree.
• You are able to work in a team, are enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and can combine scientific findings with practice.
• You are willing to lead professional workshops and bring a high level of consulting competence.
• Ideally, you have nursing experience in psychiatric and somatic settings.
