Job Description

• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration with various professional groups
• Care of patients during inpatient treatment with a focus on rheumatology, internal medicine, and psychiatry
• Recognizing and acting appropriately in crisis situations
• Contributing to the further development of nursing in the inpatient setting
• Recording and evaluating nursing actions
• Working in a three-shift system (including night shifts)

Qualifications

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
• High professional and social competence as well as strong customer orientation
• Reliability, flexibility, and independence
• An open, positive, communicative, and committed personality with pronounced stress resistance
• Passion for the profession and empathy for patients
• Knowledge of common IT systems
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills desired, additional language skills are an advantage
