Maintenance Specialist (m/f) 100%

Responsibilities

Ensuring a clean and well-maintained appearance of indoor and outdoor areas
Performing maintenance, intermediate, and deep cleaning in indoor areas (production, office, social rooms)
Carrying out cleaning and maintenance work in outdoor areas (surroundings and outdoor facilities)
Performing maintenance and repair work including minor repairs on buildings, facilities, and furniture
Maintenance and simple servicing of building technical devices and systems, including central cooling system
Troubleshooting and on-call duty
Assisting with internal moves, setups, and simple assembly work
Winter service and seasonal outdoor work as needed
Occasional business trips may also be required.

Requirements

Completed training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ or Janitor with a federal professional certificate (BP) mandatory
Structured, conscientious, and independent working style
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Driver's license category B
Willingness for on-call duty
Good PC skills (MS Office) and understanding of internal programs
Flexibility and resilience
