About the job
Your tasks
· Management and organization of operations, including drivers, with about 25 employees
· Professional preparation of fresh meat and meat product orders
· Guarantee and control of hygiene and quality standards
· Responsibility for on-time delivery to customers
· Management of goods and inventory in the SAP S4 system
· Personnel management
· Collaboration in the preparation and realization of the new building on the Orbe site, scheduled to be commissioned in 2027
Your profile
· Completed basic training as a butcher-charcutier CFC / butcher CFC or similar. Training or several years of professional experience in this field
· Experience in the field of shipping/food transport (C/E driver is an advantage)
· Spoken and written German and French (bilingual)
· Computer skills, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
· Precise working method
· Sense of responsibility, stress resistance and flexibility
· Experience in a similar position
· Place of residence and work: French-speaking Switzerland
