- Ensure rigorous supervision of the administration and decision-making of mortgage credits, whether private or commercial, ensuring the quality and security of commitments.
- Actively contribute to risk management at the institution-wide level, providing a clear vision of the challenges.
- Participate in defining and implementing the operational strategy, with a constant focus on alignment between efficiency, innovation, and field requirements.
- Lead, support, and motivate teams by establishing a climate of trust and promoting participative and mobilizing management.
- Ensure continuous regulatory monitoring and guarantee compliance of practices, particularly in connection with internal audit and FINMA requirements.
