Your Tasks

– Preparation of cold and hot dishes for our self-service restaurant as well as à-la-carte menus for our hotel guests in the evening

– Work in our cozy raclette hut

– Independent mise-en-place work at the buffet

– Active support of the kitchen team in daily operations

– Careful compliance with and implementation of QM and HACCP guidelines

– Assistance with general tidying and cleaning tasks

Qualifications / Requirements

– Strong quality and responsibility awareness

– Understanding and willingness to work in a 7-day operation with weekend shifts

– Friendly, well-groomed, and guest-oriented appearance

– High resilience and flexibility

– Very good German skills in spoken and written form (native speaker preferred)
