The vision of the visoparents foundation is a society in which every person can live equally with their individual abilities and strengths.

Among other offerings, the visoparents foundation runs the special school IFA (Intensive Support Autism Cycle 1) for children on the autism spectrum. By attending our school, the students get the chance for further education in an integrated regular or special school setting. Currently, we offer 12 school places in this program.

To complete our team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.

• You take responsibility for the implementation, assurance, and further development of AAC at the IFA school.
• You mainly support students with severe communication impairments.
• You promote the communication of the students in small groups and in 1:1 settings, thus ensuring developmentally supportive guidance.
• You support and involve the students' environment.
• You work closely with the person responsible for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
• You collaborate with the interdisciplinary professional team and are an integral part of the class team.

• You have completed training as a social pedagogue HF/FH.
• You have experience in Supported Communication (AAC), as well as a CAS in Supported Communication (AAC Coordinator, AAC Consultant).
• You have professional experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• You have an efficient way of working.
• You are flexible.
• You are a service-oriented, empathetic, and responsible personality.
